Good news every which way. Heads we lose, tails we don't win.

UK diplomats fear end of special relationship if Trump re-elected
Former senior officials also worry Britain may be sidelined if Joe Biden becomes president

The UK’s special relationship with the US may end if Donald Trump wins a second term, some of the UK’s most senior retired diplomats and Conservative foreign policy specialists have said. They also say that if the Democrat Joe Biden wins, Washington may view the EU rather than the UK as its primary partner.

Might?, may? .. Don't flatter yourselves. Obama made it very clear 5 years ago. Ask yourself , will you be more concerned with 500 than 60. I warned before ..in 1923 to 1935 , Ireland went into an economic war with the UK , 50 Million again 4 million ..there was only one winner.
Trump has ZERO interest in any relationship which is not special TO HIM.

There were white people demonstrating too. I wish to disassociate myself from your post.
Precisely what do you mean by that?
This is the Government you voted into power, are you trying to disassociate yourself with them now? or with the white people who were part of these mad protests?

No surprise
In the Guardian
UK coronavirus victims have lain undetected at home for two weeks
Doctors say there have been dozens of cases and warn of ‘epidemic of loneliness’
This happens all the time routinely, unconnected with Covid-19, I've known of many in London. Nearly one third of all UK households are single so it's inevitable.

Years ago we had one in our section of six flats who laid undiscovered for around three months, the maggots consuming so much of the body that a post mortem to find the cause of death was impossible. It was his own accidental fault since he'd told us he'd bought an old cottage in Scotland that he was going to do up so was going to be away. It seems he died just before leaving for there.

And it can happen in much smaller communities also. Literally a stones throw from my house a very similar death and aftermath. Next house almost.. A middle aged woman, with we understand , a drink problem drops into her electric blanketed bed and chokes on vomit. New blankets have time cutoffs , older ones did not. It doesn't take months, with a nice steady temperature.

About time this one was, err....`re-located`

Karl Marx - the standard bearer for champagne fuelled hypocrisy, a life of leeching off others, never working and patronising the working class he knew nothing about.
His rambling, cod philosophy and economic drivel was badly written and pathetically argued.
Marxism was responsible for the murder, starvation, imprisonment and torture of at least 80 million people worldwide - more than all of man’s wars and conflicts combined.
Tragically, his poisonous, deadly legacy continues to infect mankind. The rioters, vandals and looters desecrating the Cenotaph and the statue of Churchill should read some history books and turn their limited attention and intelligence to Marx’s statue in North London.
Is the Thames nearby??

Proportional to population over time, nowhere near as bad as religion and far more rational.

Did you know the grave stone directly opposite Marx has the name Spencer on it, very apt.
