Thanks everyone for your kind wishes....you have made me smile so thats a start !

Still feeling really rough but I decided to list the pros and cons of feeling this ill......

PRO's......I have stopped smoking.....6 days now and the way my lungs feel I cant imagine ever wanting to start again.........and having eaten absolutely nothing for nearly 3 days that has got to be a good kick start to my diet......

CON's.......feeling a bit wobbly but looking in a cupboard for a dish, when 2 large wooden platters fell out one of which gashed me under the eye whilst the other simultaneously smashed the screen of my GalaxyS2 :(

And as a couple of you on here already know, this weekend was the long awaited romantic reunion with my bf so that f'd that up well and truly......mind you , he did make quite a cute nurse but that wasnt exactly the scenario either of us had had in mind..........

Right, back to bed and electric blanket for me.......at least now I can spread out over the whole bed again.......every cloud as they say.....

Lynda :)

Hi Lynda,

Glad to here you are still with us and nursie is taking good care of you ;)

Your Galaxy S2 is another matter, total disaster:eek:

As you know it happened to mine too, it was like the end of the world:eek:

Hopefully, replacement screens are bit cheaper now.

Maybe we should all have a whip round and get you a new one, alternatively, you could have my old Nokia for a very reasonable price?

Sorry, I didn't quite catch that............stick it where?

P.S. Have I told you about my bad back, oddly, it started after visiting a bike show.

I don't know if it helps, but if you got your phone on a contract, it might well be insured.

Hi Lynda
Sorry to hear you've been so poorly.
Maybe another bottle of rose and a natter with me would help (but then again.....)?
I should be down again in a coupla weeks - will let you know.
