The only place to fit my battery on this frame is on the top tube which is only 32mm diameter. It was somewhat wobbly with standard rubber mounts.
I bought a cheap rubber mallet chopped one end off and drilled and bored 32mm dia hole before cutting in half, adding flats and drilled for the screws.
The extra support made a huge difference and It worked out perfect.

The only other thing concerning me is where the motor cable exits the Axle slot. There is a spring which is supposed to protect the cable. This would be fine if there was a sufficient radius but it seems like there is none.
I think I will add the end of a nylon cable tie where it exits!
