The 20v is a bit worrying. It can't be possible to get more than the supply voltage from a hall sensor. It only works like a switch. Is the battery OK in your meter?

Yes. I use 2 multimeters. 1 fluke187 and 1 tes. 1 on output and 1 for test. Change place on meters after first test round. Same result. The 2 meters Was giv ing a blury/pulsing result. Tryed Even to set it on ac because of the wobbeling of detection volt.

Now I have bought new hub wheel, controller, pas sensor, and cabels from a local guy. So I will Split the old hub for self learning.
I think i will order a cheap controller Who do not need a lcd display and a tester.

I get the opertunity to test several type of 250W ebikes. 1 with normal hub. 1 with normal bafang max 15A controller. 1 bafang with another
Controller and program. 1 bafang he get spesified from bafang fabrikk.
The last on Was also legal. The trottle for 6kmh Was wired so it gave you extra power when pedaling and only 6kmh with no pedaling. It climbed good. Better than all the other bikes I have tested.
Finaly I tested som orginal ebikes with impulse sentral motor.
They allso climb good.
Thanks for All good help so far.
Best regards Tunk
