You get 100% of the quoted charge from a lithium battery; however, there is a slight caviat. You only get that number of watt-hours at a low discharge rate. If you run with high current, it can reduce by around 20%. The losses increase with the square of the current through each cell. That happens with lead batteries too, but not as much because they have a lower internal resistance.

What ever else please don't argue unnecessarily you have both been helpful to me.

Now I just need to find a source for a reliable controller and thumb throttle (with voltage read out) from a trustworthy seller. I guess China has a monopoly on the sort or stuff I can afford.
