Why would Neptune wearing a hairnet against the wind spill from the turbine spoil the discussion?

Just teasing Lynda. I know Neptune was referring to a cranial interstitial cage interface. ;)

Yes, mustn't use that word. The abbreviation of cranial interstitial cage interface may be more convenient:

Cici , pronounced cheeky. :)

Everyone could wear cheekies, especially on the naked bike ride!

We always manage to get some good laughs out of the most unlikely subjects , which can only be a positive thing . The thing that made me laugh is that on some other totally unrelated technical forums there are loads of people explaining why this concept is impossible , and quoting truck loads of algebra to prove that it is impossible . Flecc is right when he says that this concept would be more suited to a recumbent trike . I know that it works from the model I made as a kid . An even more unlikely sounding idea is a wind powered vehicle that can travel downwind at a speed more than 3 times the speed of the wind . Nevertheless it has been done . It is interesting to note that the windmill driven boat can travel in any direction relative to the wind , as the rotor automatically faces the wind at all times . I sometimes think that our understanding of the wind and aerodynamics is still in its infancy .

Like it, doesn't look as though there are any brakes fitted, and a bit close to the wet stuff too.
