After 10K, I think the bike has done remarkably well to take everything you have thrown at it. Hopefully when you get the motor rebuilt, it will give you another 10K of service.

I agree entirely. This is one special piece of kit and i have been throughly delighted with it.

I must say that I have also been thoroughly delighted with the backup given to me by Wai Won Ching who has gone beyond the call of duty in looking after me in the past.

The kind (and very friendly) people at Cyclepoint are confident that they can get new gears to me quickly, so I should be sorted very soon.

Hi, I know this is on old thread but do you still have this motor at all?

I'm having similar problems with my Ezee motor and I think the gears could have sheared, and Somerset is pretty close to me also.
