Still not dead

I disagree. It's the momentum, you haven't stopped moving yet. That's clearly the shoulder of a dead body.

Ask them for some midazolam and morphine, which should sort it quite quickly - about three days, anecdotally.

He's just resting and pining for the fjords.

Got my old Samsung going with payg but now this won't connect to the nhs free Wi-Fi

What's the message exactly? Can you upload a screenshot? It was years ago, but when trying to connect to the network, I was asked to create an account by the NHS wifi. The signup/login screen is supposed to be triggered automatically, but if not, you can try visiting a non-SSL website like this one:

http://captive.apple.com

If you're able to join the network, try another browser? Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi?

Might you have slipped on a very small badger?

If your wrist didn't break at the joint, you'll eventually regain full range of movement.

x-rays-of-my-left-wrist.thumb.jpg.5d43fb048f63b32f9d4b99aa21a94428.jpg

If these injuries and x rays are the result of a 25 mph fall, I am selling my three motorbikes and de-tuning my BBS01 to cut out the assist at 11 miles an hour.

In fact, I might place an advert for someone to walk in front of me with a red flag.

Back home now fkn hospital is a death center

Congratulations on your successful escape, and thank god you didn't crash in Telford to end up in the Princess Royal Hospital.

Those injuries aren't survivable. I recommend euthanasia. Any vet will do it for free, they hate people. "Nil records exist" means they'll get away with it.

How exactly did you crash? Did you misjudge a corner, a lamppost jumped out in front of you, you swerved to save the life of a mouse, or what?

Likely as usual going to fast .

I'm not sure , over his whole ride, he was going that fast - I'm assuming the peak speeds are downhill

I reckon that evolution engineered our skeletons and muscles to fit with the forces experienced when we run. So likely, any impact greater than about 15 miles an hour is beyond the kind of forces experienced in survivable incidents over the last two hundred thousand years since our species has been running about the planet. Crash into something at 25 miles an hour and you have what would have been a life terminating incident before trauma medicine came along, and if you don't get quick attention, it still might be. The pelvis has large blood vessels running through it - big fat arteries that can soon bleed you out when it gets smashed up.

Did you crash outside your house? Passed out, called for an ambulance after regaining consciousness? Or was it a bystander? How long did the ambulance take to arrive?

And some prick has robbed one of my shoes.

Probably kept as a souvenir, you're lucky they didn't take a finger.

was round the corner but got the bike picked up first then about 1hr for meat wagon.

Sod the bike, you could have internally bled to death. Priorities are all wrong! Meat wagon first.
