my m8 that rides road bikes near every day is 89th.. 5.58 on his mtb.

its the same 2 ppl in the top 2 but they must be on ebikes? its impossible in the day as to many ppl about these days.

You certainly go out for some long flat rides. :D

Not a promising start being flagged though. You should list your rides as ebike.

There is always someone faster, and more often than not they don't require an ebike. :)

They are just fitter and have bigger balls. ;)

The ride is also as flat as a pancake, so it is hardly going to be an effort for a young whippet to trounce you big time.

a race bike cant even keep up on the road over that distance let alone over take me it dont make sense tbh?

even if i beat that time i doubt it will be by very much like seconds.

Eddie i can remove the flags in seconds ;) pointless setting it to ebike as no times round here anywhere.

and if those times are on normal bikes im slower anyway even with a dongle???

You can set an ebike segment and race yourself..

P*ss yourself off big time of you beat you..lol

I hope you are converting these to ebike rides, you should not be showing as normal Strava rides. If you feel the need upload as a normal ride, take a screen grab then edit activity to ebike.

Nearly every rider in local club time trials can average over 20 mph on a 10 mile TT. As you say this is pan flat, a couple of years ago I could average 18 on a mountain bike with fast tyres.

Sorry to continue with the thread derail, I think that someone even once mentioned a superb new light. :)

That pretty much mirrors my riding as well Chris. :)

says 3rd oct for my new light but will also be able to monitor the voltage and amps the light uses and can also set the voltage cut off higher than the pack 2.6v and set it to 3.1v ;)

Must have missed that bit. What's the new light?

Is that the 90 or 110 watt version? Good luck with runtime!

no idea but will find out when i get it dont need luck with run time as my cells will run it for hrs the pack i have will run a cree x3 for 9hrs on full beam ;)

That will be a very bright light.

I have a hand lantern with just 1 of these T6 in and it is like a white laser beam.

I just wish that they would stop adding the flash mode to all Chinese torches.

High and low or even a medium as well but NO FLASH.

Just had a quick look on candlepower forum, they reckon less than an hour for a single T6 on an 18650. This light has 9 or 11 10w Leds.

Time to do some sums.18650 high power let's say 3000mAh these Leds pull 3A each, that is one flat (actually dead) battery per hour per Led!

i have 4 grade a Panasonic 3400ma cells in my pack not the fake ones from china ;) the fan was 5V 2000ma.

OK 1.13 hours to totally flat per Led then. Don't forget you have 9 or 11 Leds, do you have 9 or 11 batteries?

Maybe you don't understand the units 3400mAh = 3.4Ah = 3.4 amps for 1 hour = 1 dead never to be revived battery. A T6 led can draw 3 amps.
