October 11, 20178 yr I'm looking for some 160 mm cranks for my Bosch powered KTM but I'm struggling to find any. Any ideas where to try? Cheers Russell Sent from my TA-1033 using Tapatalk
October 11, 20178 yr it's difficult to find. Shimano make some cranksets with short arms like their Ultegra 6800 but you can't use them on a CD motor. There is a list of manufacturers of short crank arms here: http://www.slowtwitch.com/Tech/Short_Crank_Database_2862.html
October 11, 20178 yr A few options here ( I don't know about the "Q" factor required) http://www.trialsaddict.com/cranks/isis-cranks/jitsie-isis-cranks.html https://activesport.co/epages/80c85f8f-7a95-4b1c-9c30-e64b314f3f2e.sf/en_GB/?ObjectID=50432&ViewAction=FacetedSearchProducts&SearchString=Chainset+160mm I chose to buy a set of taps and re-tap my existing crank arms, originally 170mm and now 150 (20mm being a safe distance between new & old holes) In this pic I have a short spindle fitted at 150mm. As I mentioned in a similar post It's worth noting, as you shorten the crank arm your pedals get further from the ground and you'll need to raise the saddle higher to maintain a decent leg extension then you'll find it harder to get your foot down
October 11, 20178 yr Miranda in Portugal https://www.mirandabikestore.com/cranks/27-delta-0-standard-cranks.html#/11-color-black/32-length-170mm/101-interface-interface_isis/109-q_factor-q_16
October 11, 20178 yr Author Ok thanks I will give them a call tomorrow. There should be plenty of seat post left if I have to put it up a bit but I run it pretty low anyway. Sent from my TA-1033 using Tapatalk

Cheers Russell Sent from my TA-1033 using Tapatalk St. John Street cycles ,of Bridgewater , might be a supplier, Google ST.JOHN STREET CYCLES. They are good for sourcing unusual or hard to get obselete parts. Good service too!

October 12, 20178 yr Author Well I have ordered some trials bike 160 mm cranks from trials addict so I'll see how they go. I can only see 152mm cranks on the Miranda site and I think they could be a bit short. I read an article about ebike cranks and they said 160 seem the same but 150 are a bit short. October 13, 20178 yr Any KTM dealer! Well, they are 152mm, but that's pretty close. They are in stock. The part number is: 190003750012 To help them find them on our b2b. Price would be £44.99 Edited October 13, 20178 yr by KTM Bike Industries UK
October 14, 20178 yr Author Well they were delivered in a super speedy time but they don't fit. Will try and order some KTM cranks next week. Sent from my TA-1033 using Tapatalk
October 14, 20178 yr but they don't fit. Don't fit how ? Bosch use ISIS Drive ( International Splined Interface Standard ) As the name implies ISIS is a global standard fitment so any ISIS crankarm should fit any ISIS bottom bracket.

Thanks for enlightening me. The internet is great for sourcing components but can get infuriating trying to find full specifications whilst mixing and matching parts, the "Q" factor being a good example. Better luck with your next choice
October 15, 20178 yr The Miranda cranks come in 165 or 152 mm, 152 is 11% shorter whereas 165 is 3% shorter than 170 mm cranks which will upset your gear ratio less. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/cranks.html
November 20, 20178 yr Author Well I've finally fitted my 152mm KTM cranks and it's much better. I don't think you can put down as much power but i have a lot more confidence pedaling and turning slightly .
