Throttle and pedelec stop working on bumps

I purchased the whole bike with Conhismotor 4-5 months ago. So yeah it's fairly new. The controller box doesn't fit perfectly the box and already cracked once. I asked Conhismotor for a new one (I changed 1 month ago) but it cracked again. The design doesn't fit the bike: the seat bar in which...

Throttle and pedelec stop working on bumps

Throttle and pedelec stop working on bumps

Sorry but I don't understand all the words. What is the bulging cover strip and what's the bulge? Is it pushing inside the the connectors?

    BMSbattery Delivery

Do you mean they don't care how much you declare? They just consider a value of the goods? If I was Hurricane, I'd have declared maybe 200£ for the batteries and pay 50£ to the customs.

Throttle and pedelec stop working on bumps

Hello there, Everytime I have a bump on my bike, my pedelec and throttle stop working. However the power is still on and the wattmeter keeps recording the total Wh used. So no electric disconnection. I have to turn the power off and on again to have the pedelec and throttle working again...

    Help with the law please

Or anyther tip would to use a double voltage system with 2 harness I was thinking about: - Have 4 lipo of 18.5V8AH each - Use a harness to connect them in series for off road use at 74V8AH - Use another harness to connect them in parallel for public road use AT 37V16AH When then check, just use...

    Help with the law please

As long as the bike is restricted to 15 mph with a speedict, doesn't that make the bike legal? You just need a bike with a speed limitation of 15 mph on public road. But nothing prevent you from having the same bike going at 30 mph off-road isn't it?

    Tongxin Motor Supply

I already found my bikes: > If reach for longer distance and Brompton to get it under the table in a restaurant. The main issue now is to electrify them. It's quite a pain because of the narrow dropout and the folding system. But I'll keep people here up to date :)

    The snow/rain stopped my bike

Hello there, I was cycling today with all the snow everywhere and suddently my bike stopped working. All the light are on, the wattmeter can still measure the voltage so it's not a battery problem. When I switch off the battery, then switch on again, the throttle works only for 1/10th...

Or maybe having some speed limitation from the controller or a Cycle Analyst/Speedict. Easy to switch between 15 mph to 25 mph.

    Electric Bike Rally

I had a hard time looking for a folder easy to carry on the train, as electric bikes are particularly heavy and using a simple "bag" to carry them (such as the Dahon bags) are far from ideal. At 10+ kg it's just too hard to carry a bike on a "shoulder bag". It is already heavy with a normal...

Not sure neither if we can change the chainwheel. Electric2011 Dahon Jetstream P8

But I suppose the throttle is the same as the one we find on motorcycle and moped? How do they do during long cruise? I always thought they were just using half throttle or something similar. If the pedal sensor gives too much power, what about getting a torque sensor? EBike Crank Torque Sensor...
