Anyone know what size the motor wheel spokes are? One has just broken at the nipple. It is a drive side spoke if that makes a difference

Just tightened the bottom bracket and cranks, plus it happens without peddling just that makes it worse. Looks like a teardown of the hub is needed. The rider is a bit worn but I don't think it's that :p

I think it's the controller, when I missed my Vulcan with a Chinese controller the cutout is almost none existant. It has happened twice and both times was after a bump of some kind which suggests the battery BMS is sensitive to tiny sparks caused by jiggling connectors

Wrong, throttle is 3 wire, this could be some programming lead or perhaps more likely an output for lights as suntour has that option. This kit works by tricking the pedal sensor signal so it will plug between the two connectors for that I'd imagine. I got tired with the limiter replaced the...
