You can use any throttle with the correct number of wires , whether the blue julet pin outs are the same who knows ? Generally julets do tend to follow the same wire sequence so you will have to buy and try , if it doesn't work then send it bak for a refund.

The best option if you want to repair bikes is to keep the control system simple and stick to using one type of system and tbh that system is a generically freely available one made by Kuenteng aka KT , the parts are widely available from online market places and stores mostly direct from china.

The Lingbei had the same issue , the torue sensing didn't work well and was at best only at low power as an on/off switch. It died a death after a few years afaik.
