Those one piece PAS sensors can be problamatic , you would have been better to use a two piece sensor set up.

For hollowtech BB or similar you need the BZ10C PAS set up, though you will have to lose the small chain ring to fit the disc. Other wise for sq taper use a std two piece 8 pole PAS.

Hubs are ok if you don't do jumps , if spoke brake via normal or rough terrain riding then the wheel is n't built very well and needs rebuilding . If rebuilding bets to use a spoke clac to determine the correct spoke length and use Spaim strongs in 14g/2mm size.

My front tends to be up to 10 psi lower then the rear.

I ride with max 50psi with 700c x 42c tyres and often at 45 psi, the lower psi offers better ride comfort vs higher psi imo. For me I anticipate the terrain and will shift my weight for potholes or lumps /bumps, this mitigates punctures from snakebites .
