Still using this 288wh lipo/bms conversion and today got 34 miles from the pack so a tad under 8.5wh/m. The lcd was saying 37.2v so I unplugged the jst and checked the balancing all were within 0.01v some at 3.75v & some at 3.76v.

There are bipod stands and then there are usable decent bipod stands, the later have a wider stance and not easy peasy to knock over. I had a rear side stand on a bike with panniers, I gave up with that as it was no good for the shopping weight.

Unless one knows the controller brand then one can't just buy and lcd as compatibility comes in. The display will work but PAS won't all you will get is one pas level which is often PAS 1 only, not a lot else shows any info.
