    pcm wiring help

Unlike you Dave, did you check the pcb board pads ? The reverse side markings B-/CH on the case are misleading. If one looks at the pcb board it self and the soldered wire pads. Blue on board is the B- and is soldered to battery group B-, the thin black sense wire is B0 so solders to the...

There are UK suppliers of cells so as long as their stocks are good then should be no worries. My last cells HG2 worked out a couple quid cheaper then Nkon. Wholesale 18650 or Fogstar are both in the UK.

    cycling haters petitions afoot

The most prominent thing in Wickey's video link is the woman seems more keen on showing off her ample assets. And the e trike is a mere distraction.

Are these ebike parts available please

One can buy the very good KT controller kit that is all plug and play for £70 - £100 ( dependant on version), the only connections that then may need to be made are the two battery to controller connections as likely they won't be the same.

There are the odd Lishui controllers on AliExp but they aren't a common beast to find as a stand alone item.

It matters not what the bike is or you may feel you look like, the important thing is the bike is fit for purpose for your needs. The step thru is ideal for anyone with hip issues or unable to raise a leg very high.

Help! Giant Twist Lite cadence error

If the issue is intermittent power delivery then check the PAS sensor set up. If it is a two piece sensor and magnet disc check that all is secure. The disc should be firmly affixed to the BB shaft and it should rotate around the shaft by hand also the gap between the magnets and sensor face...

Replace forks on a Samebike LO26?

My chain on my hybrid use to come off quite often with no chain keep despite a new chain, I put it down to the CR teeth being a bit worn. I swapped the Shimano ring out for SNAIL brand narrow wide off ebay and since not had one chain issue.

    Thoughts on this;

The v1 Revos I have is unsensored so a little noisy at times but once going it is mainly tyre noise, the v3 current model is signwave/sensored so should be much quieter though I haven't heard one in use. Panny Pf cells were used but they could do better and use 3500mah cells for 20% more range...

    Torque Arms

If handy with a drill & file or a Dremmel tool with burr's make your own up (one piece), patience and time one should be able to get a good snug fit. 3mm steel is all I use and I first make an over size one that fits snug then utilise an unused tapped fixing/ drill the T/A so that it aligns with...

    Help! Rear wheel build

Not really as a 29" bike frame will have more tyre clearance in the drop outs then 28" bike frame( 28" is also 700c ). 28"/700c one can fit up to 50mm tyres with 29" mtb tyres one can fit +size tyres. 28" Road bike rim usually limited to a max tyre size of 32/35mm ish. 700c hybrid...

Building Charger for Sanyo Eneloop (CY-EB60 / CY-PAA6)

That's good news and all nicely balanced as well, the real test for them will be on a discharge cycle. Now the cells are above 3v and balanced, the BMS can be reconnected as it will now work as it should do.

    Help! Rear wheel build

28" / 29" are the same size rims, the difference being that with 29" larger volume tyres can be fitted so the width and outer circumference are greater.

    Torque Arms

The washers are anti rotation washers simply used to keep the motor axle in the correct plain once in the drop outs, very much like the ones you will find on internal geared hubs like Sturmey & Shimano etc. They aren't for resisting motor torque unless you have steel forks and then there's a...
