My father raised his tone once when pestered by an insurance salesman while working in a field near the road. One of the colies tore a leg off his suit pants, he never came back...
The dogs if not chained always chased cars.
I'm working tonight so can't toast your new bike with you :(
You could just stay in km/h... It is only a number. Then if you really, really need to know how fast you were going down that hill or how far you rode divide by 1.609. :)
Especially when it is deformed by other factors:
- I have been using French daily for the last 39 years
- I am busy learning yet another language (Spanish) and the people around me also use Basque which is "interesting" to say the least, best taught by a mother I think.
- like D8ve I am...
I thought of putting mine under the down tube (yes with straps for security!) but the wheel won't clear when the suspension is fully depressed. Maybe if I changed to a HL battery...
No the hub motor in the Specialized bikes was a GoSwiss Drive, that is the one I was talking about.
My fault I should have started a new paragraph, let's try again:
EDIT
I really like the look of the new road bikes.
I guess this isn't a good time to buy shares in GoSwiss Drive... Lovely...
Because regenerative braking is a great brake pad saver and helps prevent brake fade on steep and long downhill runs. And you don't feel the direct drive motor drag so much you are either using it to climb or not using it.
Sounds very familiar - bike not used, BMS draining a cell in the battery to bellow 3 V. You may get away with a repair buy the company cited further up

Trekking is another way of saying road or hybrid frame to which you can fit racks and panniers and mudguards and lights and... Often they are slightly wider at the stays to fit wider tyres. And they often have chainsets and cassettes designed originally for MTBs.
I did a Google image search on aerodynamic bikes. Apart from the young lady taking "clothes slow you down" to a whole new level... lots of weird and wonderful record bikes and time trial bikes. Oh and vélomobiles...;)
Yes it weighs the same as an e-WAW and presents none of the advantages.
If you want to improve your Cx: drop bars and lycra... I would chose the vélomobile any day of the week.
No, my French side is showing, food is an important part of life here. In general when someone (demoiselle en détresse) needs something done and it takes you a little bit of time they invite you to lunch after to say "Thanks!"
A Bafang BPM motor with a 17 Amp controller would be a good fit for that.
Who changes the gears? ;) You can mount a Bafang BBS. Your chain goes from the front to the rear chainwheel. You decide your ratio I would suggest 48 tooth chainwheel on the bafang to 48 chainwheel on the back and the...
