Hobby king multi star on offer

It wasn't easy... But I now have a 38.6 V battery with XT60 plugs :) I bought the new XT60 plus plugs with integrated insulation and as the advertising says the grip does make de-connection easier. The solder cups are pretty tiny compared to the XT90 which makes them a bit more fiddly until you...

    New Gtech ebike

That looks interesting. I am thinking that maybe I can integrate the LCD and the assist button into my custom battery box. Just a quick glance down to see what assistance level I am in and how many bars are left on the battery. Would get rid of quite a bit of cable weighing 96 grams. Honestly I...

Bosch drive and min/max gear ratio parameters

I mounted a megarange in rear in order to have a granny gear for getting home un-powered. So far I have only used it for showing off (climbing walls and the like :p) and one day I found some obscene hills on the way home from S. Sebastian on an "exploration" route.

Back on topic Taylor wheels only provide the standard bearing model at least in Nexus 8 inter form. The man very nicely said that if I ordered 20 wheels he would do the roller bearing version... Thought: buy standard version, when spare cash becomes available and if I like it enough swap out...

Hobby king multi star on offer

Now why didn't I think of that! I looked at all kinds of adaptors. Oh well. I thought that part of the painful learning process must be that you have to change the battery plugs at least once in your life.

Use of gears and pedal assist

Same on a hub drive. If you are in the right gear at the right cadence the motor does it's bit. It took me a few km to figure it out but became clear as soon as I had more correct gearing on the bike. Am I running the correct ratios is the second question to ask after am I in the correct gear.

    Mechanical doping ???

The UCI have to appear to be doing something because when it comes to drugs - used at ALL levels of competition - they are completely inefficient. So here they are right on top of hidden motors - "Hey we got this one, you can't cheat with motors!". Well so they should be because it isn't...

We are only going by the original story and claims by the UCI early February (we are now mid March). Since then we have moved on because: 1. you can't cheat with a motor it is too easy to detect 2. the poor girl is surrounded by convicted criminals, so who did what, when and how to who is a...
