When I got my lappier, haibike was the number one go to bike if you was after a mtb and there was not a lot of choice back then, but now there are lots of different makes out there and lots of dealers, so if i was you I'd look at the components on the bikes and go and ride a few before you consider what to buy.

I have sent wiggle a email to say that I now have it, and I'm going to keep the chainring because I still need that and I'm sending the rest back. If I order again from them I won't use next day. It's just a shame they don't use DPD for next day.

Update Went into my local bike shop to pick my parts up, happy days, sat down to have my tea last night and a bang on my door and guess what it's only my parts from wiggle and to be fair to them the date was 15 May on next day. Good old Hermes, only 8 days late.

1800 miles on my bike with a KMC x3 chain, just put a KMC x10 on only about £12.00 online

Off to my local bike shop today to see if my parts are in And wiggle said they will refund me in full.

They say on a video I saw that they make them in Italy

I agree with you about wiggle, but why use Hermes they are just a joke and another thing I don't like about wiggle and chain reaction is they don't have a phone number to call if you have a problem.

One week later and still no parts from wiggle, they say it's still out for delivery with Hermes, this is just a joke Now have the parts on order from my local bike shop and a third more money than online. This is my first and last time I will use wiggle.

My saga is ongoing I take a look at the rear cassette and front chainring and decided to buy a new chain, cassette and large chainring, so I have a look about on the web and I buy it all from wiggle, so on Tuesday I put my order in and pay the extra £4.99 for next day delivery and here we are on Saturday morning and no parts, what a joke,

Update Went out on the bike did about 3 miles and the chain snapped It did snap when the derailleur broke and I just put another link in but it looks like I need a new chain. It's a KMC on there and on the link it says 3x sp? Can anyone tell me what chain I need to buy Thanks Steve

Bike all back together and all looks good so far, had a ride around the garden with no problems so looks like the hanger is ok, will put it to the test today on a ride in the wood.

Ok soundwave I have to get a new gear cable so I will pick some up at the same time, I did see there was some on the hanger and the only kind I have is the red one and I'm sure it's from the pound shop

Soundwave Got the hanger off today just to make sure it was ok, and I think I'm in luck so just have to wait now for the postman to turn up with my new derailleur.

Just be honest about the bike and sell it at a fair price

LV will cover the bike at home and there is no extra cost for this but you have to add cycle cover and if you want cover away from home this is a extra cost.
