  1. Thank for the info, they are all good at the moment so I won't touch them
  2. Just out of interest my lappier is about 18 months old, and I have never had any of the bearings out to clean them or grease them up, is this something I need to do.
  3. You will be fine, just lube back up
  4. This info is no good to anyone, my dad is 82 and was born in 1935 and money was so tight back then and he did manage to get a bike when he was a Lad but no tubes in the wheels so he packed them out with grass So grass maybe the way to go, just saying. Lol
  5. How come you have to fit the motor?, I'm sure that's a job for the shop you got the bike from.
  6. IT don't sound to bad to me, just use like it is, you have a 2 year warranty on the motor so that's plenty of time to take it back if needed
  7. Hi and welcome Sorry to hear about the bad start to your ebike I'd take the bike back if it was me, I have a lappier and it came with a uk plug, the Yamaha motor is a bit noisy more so than a hub motor. I have had my bike about 18 months and put about 1500 miles on it with most of this in the woods and not had one problem. You have got a premium product so I'd expect a premium service from the shop. Hope they sort it out for you. Steve.
  8. You get 3k per bike with LV for no extra cost, you just have to add them to your cover, but this won't cover them away from your home.
  9. It's a sweet looking bike, glad you are on the road now. Enjoy the ride.
  10. If you are old enough like me fit a set like this get your pedel arm down and watch the sparks fly, them was the days.
  11. You won't go back ones you have had one and like soundwave said you don't have to spend £300 I paid about £120 for mine had it just under a year with no problems I have a brand x
  12. Wow that last one is 1800 notes
  13. Nice little right up about the bike.
  14. I have the cheap one from lidl and it works fine on my bikes.
  15. Looks like a nice buy, but how do they do it for the money.
  16. Will that work on a oxydrive kit?
  17. Most items that you buy have 30% on them.
  18. The dealer will make 30% mark up, but then out of that you have to take off there overheads.
  19. May try some of that on my old jacket
  20. I got this one from the dare2b site and at the price it's a bargain at £35.00
  21. No extra charge with LV home insurance but this will only cover it at home and not out and about
  22. I have a pair of gortex trousers got them from a army outlet shop, I was out last Sunday did 27 miles in the rain and they are fab and you can pick them up from about £15.00
  23. Just to answer the question about the Forest of Dean is to busy The size of the forest is 20475 acres so it's a big forest and most like to ride around pedal a bike away and it's always busy there but we have some fab trails away from the crowds and I'd be more than welcome to show anyone some of the trails.
