Disaster
well it's the bank holiday and guess what the weather is crap, so I pick my day for a ride out and that was yesterday Sunday 1st April. Jump on bike at about 1pm and off I go, about 1 mile off road then I hit the woods and 6 miles in I get a puncture, no problems I got a spare tube and a multi tool, now this is where the fun starts, do you think I can break the tyre away from the rim, no chance of that so it was a long push home, my last puncture was 1500 miles ago.

dirt bike rider buys a mountain bike how hard can it be ?
Nice review I'm a motorcycle guy as well, not dirt bikes just road bikes, I did have a ktm 200 for a spot of green laning a fer years back but it was hard to try and find someone to go out with, and I didn't feel safe out on my own, so I sold it on and then made the move to the MTB, and for me it's just fab. Enjoy your new ride and welcome aboard.

What Chain Lube?
I can't stand the smell of EP90/gearbox oil, so any other oil for me and they can keep that rip off stuff on the shelf.
-
What Chain Lube?
I use any oil that I have in the garage, the stuff from the bike shop is just a rip off if you ask me. I oil chain when I go out then clean the chain with WD40 and a rag then oil back up, got just under 2k and all of this in the woods and chain still looks like new.

Hi Can anyone give me some good recommendations for decent pads, my brakes are shimano deore The cheap ones are ok if it's dry but when it's wet they aren't a lot of cop, brake fade and make a lot of noise Steve

Focus Jam ² - Nicest eMTB yet?
Well yes this true.

Focus Jam ² - Nicest eMTB yet?
I like the look of the bike and the silly name don't bother me, but I just don't like the idea you can't take the battery off without moving the motor out of the way, I never leave the battery on my bike when I park it up, I like to take it inside, and what about all the people out there that don't have any power where they keep there bike they can't charge it up unless they take it inside. I'm sure they will miss out on some sales because of this point.

The new best headlight
I only had a few hours out of my light, but they gave me a refund, and my mate got one at the same time and his still works fine, so they are a bit hit and miss, but they are cheap.
