I won’t get balanced charger until i test voltage . But I was told voltage reading from multimeter needs to be gone under load . Is that correct ? And considering the Giant Suede goes back to 2005 is it still possible that battery can be revitalised ?

Got a second Giant suede recently while I fix my other . The motor kicks in as soon as any pedal pressure . My other suede under repair Required a bit of pedalling before motor came in . Worried that this second bike motor may be damaged with this immediate response when I’m still not moving ...

Thanks So no significance in the fact that readings switched from ground to positive if you Switched around the multimeter probes . Only asked cos it didn’t mention that in the link fir the test
