Consult the bikes manual for error codes. No use guessing, e08 could be hall sensor, comm's error, throttle error could be anything. Error code meanings vary with kits so much that there isn't a std code meaning.

The S830 is Intelligent brand, I have one from a GSM mid drive and believe Lishui controllers can use them. The software inside denotes whether it can be compatible so one can't just buy another s830 as it may not be compatible, I have tried one on a KT controller and I get power a battery level...

A buzz would indicate a failed mosfet but I prefer to use the ohms scale and set the dial to 20K to get definite figures, then one can see where the issue lies and if one has the skills replace the affected mosfet/s. I carry out the low side test on the Black and hope to see 9.7 - 9.99 ohms...

I would be inclined to solder once they are glued in place and the legs placed through the pcb, then the pcb can be positioned and stuck in it's final position. Once everything is set and can't move solder the legs with a fine tip. The pcb looks ok to me and I can't see any cracks it he tracks.

Check magnet gap to sensor is 1mm, make sure mag disc is firm and can't rotate on the axle. Other wise check the Hall sensor voltage and operation with meter. If unsure of the latter ask.

The Halls should have a number identifier on them, one will have to use a mag glass to see this number. The ss41F are pretty standard type to use on hub motors, hopefully they will be good for yours but best try to check the number on them.

You can glue them in. The Halls only fit one way correctly that's why they and the slot for them have a bevelled edge which means the writing is usually on the face showing outwards.
