It may be 3 months in Australia, but all our Riese and Muller bikes have arrived within 8 weeks tops in u.k - though usually 6 weeks is the norm.

No need to enquire anything from Scott. The part number they have supplied is incorrect, for a different bike without an integrated lamp, and we ruled it out when Greyfox first approached us months ago.

Think it's usually at Eurobike- End of August beginning of September. They tend to carry their models over though as well as new additions to the range.

Hi Greyfox, We can only apologise on Scott's behalf for what hasn't been a great experience for you. Although it's understandably difficult for them to hold stock of every part for every bike, it would have been more acceptable to hold one generic type mudguard for the range of Sub Sports to cover this eventuality. Contacting Curana direct was perhaps even less negative, as we made very little progress with them..perhaps Scott are struggling with Curana also? So apologies once again, and if there's anything further we can assist you with please let me know.

We have a Riese and Muller Touring 49cm Dual 500 Battery in stock at the moment as well as 5 or 6 others if you want to come and experience RM products. If you'd like to give me a call Tuesday I can talk it all through with you. All bikes are brand new stock and can be given a short test ride if so desired...please just bring a Driving Licence/Passport and Credit card as security so you don't ride off into the sunset!

Sorry Crockers, haven't got around to organising anything this year, though we did originally think we may do the OnBike Event as a Bi-annual Demo day. It was a great success with a very good turnout, so we will probably pull our fingers out next summer!

Marathon Plus MTB's are an awesome allround compromise tyre. Seriously quick on tarmac at high psi. No punctures yet (I even followed a hedge cutting tractor for half a mile) Reasonable offroad/track handling....just avoid wet roots at all costs. I'd say best for 70% tarmac/30% Trails mix

Amps have done such a first rate job of dealing with this situation, that this thread is the first time I've heard of any Issues at all with a bike that we have supplied to the OP. Thanks for looking after it David.

I've had one Classic and 2 Performance- no Active or CX...not bad at all though I think in the big scheme of things. I had many more problems with some of the cheaper brands we used to sell. Easy to fix, but very unreliable ultimately....

Come and see us at OnBike. We can have a chat about your needs, and give you some real life feedback (My commute is 33 miles all round). You're welcome to try all the different quality drive systems too for comparison. Turnaround on a Bosch motor is around 10 working days...I've sent 3 back since they started producing them.

Is it quite old? Can you see the software version in the settings menu? Take it to the dealer, and get them to update the software...should be ok then.

Press and hold both the "RESET" and "I" button simultaneously. Scroll through the options using the"I" button until you find the wheel circumference. Alter to suit your needs via the "power" button (which is now a Minus button, or the "Light" button , which is now a "plus" button. One you have your circumference set correctly, press and hold the "reset" button to return to the usual menu.
